I only want to attend part of the convention, are there discounted registrations or day passes?

We encourage all of our attendees to enjoy the entire convention. The Gathering of Eagles does not offer single day registration discounts.    

Can I update my registration information?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

For early registration we pre-print convention badges, if you have registered and would like to transfer your registration to another attendee please notify us and we will work to accommodate. Email us at searcyrw@gmail.com or call 214-357-1478 to update registration information.

What is the refund policy?
